Product description:
BD7051D magnetic separator special anti corrosion abrasion resistant coating is the high performance wear resistant,impact resistant
polymeric material which compounded by high performance wear abrasion resistant skeletal material(silicon carbide,carborundum etc.)
and special type high polymer material.It is used for surface abrasion repairing of magnetic separator roller or the preparation of anti
wear abrasion imapct resistant coating on the roller surface directly.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part(sand blasting treatment will get the best effect,if there is no
sand blasting condition,you can polish it with angle grinder,the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned by cleaning agent
(can useacetone,ethyl acetate etc.) and dry it by the airing,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,clean and fresh
metal substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

2..Preparation:According to weight ratio A:B=4:1, make A and B two component of BD7051D magnetic separator special abrasion resistant
coating mix uniformly,and use it up within 30 min.Generally it’s while construction and configuration,every time the largest preparation
quantity is not more than 5Kg,each time configure too much adhesive,the curing speed is fast,it hasn’t been used up until the partial adhesive
has already cured and can’t be used.

3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD7051D magnetic separator special wear resistant coating is 3-6mm,make the well-mixed
material be coating on the surface of prime coat,the coating should be compacted,repair the surface to be smooth after the coating in
required size.

4.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the teperature of 25 degree,when the temperature is below 15 degree,should heat
it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing,if there is heating condition,try your best to heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree and
keep this temperature for 2 hours after room temperature curing,only in this way,it can improve 30% coating performance.

Transportation storage:
1.Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.
2.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.

Packaging specification:
Two components,packed in a plastic drum,20Kg/set,Part A: 16Kg/drum,Part B: 4Kg/set.
